Dosage:
Adults:
Usually 1 capsule once or twice daily after food, or as directed by a doctor.

Drug Interactions:

ACE inhibitors / ARBs and diuretics – May reduce antihypertensive effect and increase risk of kidney impairment.

Alcohol – Increased risk of liver toxicity and CNS depression (especially due to chlorzoxazone).

CNS depressants (sedatives, antihistamines) – May increase drowsiness and dizziness.

Lithium – Celecoxib may increase lithium levels in the blood.
