Uses:

Relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and musculoskeletal pain

Dosage:

Adults: 100 mg twice daily (morning and evening), preferably after food
Children: Not routinely recommended unless prescribed

Side Effects:

Indigestion, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, rash

Warnings & Precautions:

Use cautiously in peptic ulcer, kidney, liver, or heart disease
May increase risk of GI bleeding and cardiovascular events
Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision

Pregnancy & Lactation:

Avoid in pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester)
Use with caution during breastfeeding

Drug Interactions:

Other NSAIDs, anticoagulants, corticosteroids, antihypertensives, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate

Contraindications:

Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding
Severe heart, liver, or kidney failure
