Uses:

Symptomatic relief of minor infections and painful conditions of the mouth and throat (e.g. sore throat, oral irritation, inflammation)

Dosage:

Adults and children ≥6 years:
Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly every 1–2 hours as needed
Maximum: 12 lozenges per day
Do not use continuously for more than 7 days
Do not chew or swallow whole

Side Effects:

Oral numbness (most common)
Burning or stinging in mouth
Dry mouth, thirst, altered taste
Rare: hypersensitivity, angioedema, laryngospasm, photosensitivity

Warnings & Precautions:

Not recommended for children under 6 years
