Warnings & Precautions:

May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery.

Caution in glaucoma, asthma, epilepsy, prostatic enlargement, cardiovascular disease.

May interfere with certain laboratory tests (glucose, uric acid, creatinine).

Children and elderly may experience stronger anticholinergic effects.
Pregnancy & Lactation:

Use during pregnancy only if clearly necessary and prescribed.

Not recommended during breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor (may reduce milk production and pass into breast milk).
Drug Interactions:

Sedatives, anxiolytics, alcohol (increased sedation)

MAO inhibitors (contraindicated within 14 days)

Warfarin and other anticoagulants (bleeding risk with prolonged use)

Liver enzyme-inducing drugs (increase paracetamol toxicity risk)

Metoclopramide, domperidone, colestyramine (affect paracetamol absorption)

Phenytoin (toxicity risk)

Iron (vitamin C increases absorption)

Aluminium-containing antacids (interaction with vitamin C)
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to chlorphenamine, paracetamol, vitamin C, or excipients

Severe hepatic impairment

Use with MAO inhibitors (or within previous 14 days)
