Dosage:

Adults: 10 mL three times daily
Children 6–12 years: 5 mL three times daily
Children under 6 years: Use only if prescribed

• Avoid use with MAO inhibitors (within 14 days).

Drug Interactions:

• MAO inhibitors (contraindicated)

• SSRIs and other serotonergic drugs (risk of serotonin syndrome with dextromethorphan)

• Beta-blockers (may reduce decongestant effect)

• Sedatives and alcohol (increased CNS depression)

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any component

• Severe hypertension

• Severe coronary artery disease

• Use with or within 14 days of MAO inhibitors
